What is the NutriSystem® program, and why is it so effective?
The NutriSystem program is a complete, real life solution to losing weight. The easy-to-follow plan features low Glycemic Index, "good carb" NutriSystem® Nourish™ foods with optimal amounts of protein to help keep you satisfied and your blood sugar levels stable. You eat often throughout the day, and always get perfect portions with every prepackaged entrée, snack and dessert. In addition, because we know that nourishing your entire self extends beyond just what you eat, the program also includes two breakthrough plans—MindNourish™ and BodyNourish™--to help get your mind and body in gear for weight loss, too. Altogether, it's a total approach to losing weight. You lose weight while learning healthy eating habits you can use for life—all in one convenient plan.

How do I get started?
This program gives you a great way to lose weight and transform your body. You simply choose which 28-Day program is right for you (Women’s, Men’s, Silver for Women, Silver for Men, Type II Diabetic or Vegetarian) and then choose the foods you’d like to eat from more than 120 great-tasting, prepackaged entrees, snacks and desserts. You’ll select one perfectly-portioned breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert for each day (for 28 days), or you can simply order our 28-Day "Favorites Package" featuring a pre-selected assortment of our most popular foods. Either way, everything will arrive together on your doorstep, ready for you to begin losing weight.

Do I have to visit a center to participate in the NutriSystem program?
No. The NutriSystem program is a complete at-home program. You simply order your NutriSystem Nourish foods online or over the phone, and they're delivered right to your home or office. You participate from the privacy of your home, with no center visits or public weigh-ins necessary—ever. However, if you choose to, you can always call or go online to chat with one of our weight loss counselors. In fact, we recommend this at the start of your program to make sure you get all of your questions answered and get off to a great start.

Check out this link, it will tell you how it is different from other diets.

They have a payment option and it is said to be as low as 10 dollars a month. I think an active program like this and access to folk that can guide you and cheer you on is a plus. I wouldn't be surprised if a church group, or an office group could make this a success for the particular group. Check it out and I hope it helps you!!

Eyeglasses

I wear glasses and until last year they were not pretty. The cost at The Eyeglass Factory, E.B. Brown Opticians, WalMart, or anywhere else where often 200 or more dollars. Then you also paid for the exam in most cases. I have found a company that once you have a prescription for glasses you can go online and get, like in my case, bifocals for 138 dollars. Of course I paid for expedited shipping to try and get them before my vacation. Didn't work for me however they have been the best glasses and I am so happy with them. Saved money and they are cute. People say they look good and that is good enough for me. Won't you give it try the next time you need glasses. Here is the information!

39DollarGlasses.com provides both great products and service.
