If you wish to work out or exercise and don't have the cash for one of those wristbands or apps. I found a site that could fit the bill and help you out too.

http://neilarey.com/

The following is from one of their pages..

Get Started

Welcome to DAREBEE, an independent global fitness resource. DAREBEE is a non-profit and also an ad-free and product placement-free website. All of the information here has been thoroughly researched and tested and provided free of charge. You can download and print anything – everything is provided in its entirety with no strings attached.

Here is a quick guide to get you started with the resource:

Programs

If you are new to DAREBEE training system it is usually a good idea to start with a single program. It will give structure to your training and will also provide you with an idea of the load and how well you can handle it. There are no official rest days in our programs but they are all very carefully balanced so you recover on the go, some days are a lot easier than others and the other way around. For daily training programs are easier than most of our individual workouts which are slightly more intense due to their standalone nature.

Individual Workouts

You can create your own weekly plan from our individual workouts by picking ones that appeal to you or use an existing weekly plan from the selection here.

If you’re creating your own weekly plan pick 3-5 daily workouts per week and rotate them to keep your body guessing for better results. The daily workouts collection grows daily so you will always have something new and fresh to try. You can pick workouts at random or you can focus on something specific using a filter at the bottom of the page. You can filter workouts by type, theme, focus and equipment.

We often update and revise existing routines based on workshops’ and users’ feedback. If you found a routine elsewhere on the web and it looks different from the one on this website - the one here is the latest version, always. We are constantly looking for ways to make our routines better and more effective so they work better for you.

Workout of the Day Feature

Every 24 hours we post a workout of the day. This feature follows a general plan for functional fitness. If you don’t know what to do and how to proceed you can just do the workout of the day every day. It follows a pattern that lets your muscles rest day after day. The feature is mainly designed to help you discover new workouts and try something new.

Random Workout Feature

We also have “pot luck” option on the homepage if you want to make yourself do something you normally wouldn’t. It takes you directly to a workout’s page and it is completely random. Click on “I’m feeling lucky” and it’ll surprise you.

Challenges

If you feel that a program or individual workouts is not enough, you can spice things up with a challenge or two. Some challenges have specific goals and others just add extra training and let you focus on a specific exercise and improve your technique, e.g., kicks and punches. All challenges last 30 days, a new one is added at the end of every month.

Running Section

New to running? Experienced runner? Want to become one? We have running charts, how-tos and tips in the running section. You can just follow one of the programs or you can add it to your main training plan whether it’s a program or an individual workout plan.

Daily Dares

Every 24 hours we release a new dare. Those are usually quick and often tricky exercises that you can complete in under 5-10 minutes. They are a fun way to add extra training into your day while having fun. Each dare comes with an EC (extra credit) optional subquest. Once you have completed the dare you have an option to check-in in the HIVE.

The HIVE Community

The Hive is a global DAREBEE community, it's a very friendly and welcoming place. You can post your progress and keep a workout log there in the Checking In section to stay accountable and motivated. It is also our official help desk - if you have any questions or not sure about something other members or DAREBEE team will come to your aid.

Don’t worry about not fitting in, the moment you join you are one of us. We will support and cheer you on as well as provide a safe environment to help you stay focused on your goals. The Hive explained in a greater detail here.

Video Exercise Library

We try to be as descriptive as possible when we name the exercises but if you are not sure, we have an exercise library to help you see how each one is performed. It is especially handy when it comes to martial arts moves that are not very easily deciphered by just looking at the illustrations. The library is not yet complete, we add exercises in batches whenever we can.

If you can't perform a move exactly it's perfectly ok to do it the best you can.

Themed Weeks & Events

Every so often we run a themed week. Each one is usually a 7-days long and it focuses on something very specific. Each day we release a new workout that is part of the themed week and you can just follow it from day to day until the week is completed. Themed weeks are announced in advance and then featured every day on the homepage in place of the Workout of the Day.

Have fun training and welcome to DAREBEE!

Good luck, being fit is something we all can better ourselves with and feel better.
Thanks for reading my blog.
I have shared it at Church and now on my blog which I have neglected for far too long.
http://www.knittedknockers.org/ is the site. Again, I am hoping it is helpful for at least a few of you. If you are a crocheter you may be able to help also. Check it out.
Am hoping to post a bit more regularly, depending on what I find that is helpful like I like to be. RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-65574010634575319862013-05-01T21:43:00.000-05:002013-05-01T21:43:51.326-05:00Not into Politics?I have someone that might be interesting to any one of us. Read on please....
David Jon Sponheim is running for President of the US in 2016. Sarah Hart is his running mate. On this show, they talk directly with you. We are running under America's Third Party. You can find out more about us at http://www.americasthirdparty.com - We are centrists - fiscally conservative and socially liberal. We have great ideas to improve America: from a Homestead Renewal Plan to an Ocean Pipeline.
They talk about so much more than this and is quite interesting. The site has a part where you can find where you can see this guy in action. Talking the talk and with our help walking the walk. Definitely one of the interesting things I have found on the net. It sure is becoming more and more of the go to source for more and more of our daily lives and learning and support. I encourage you to check it out, you never know how this might be of value to you or anyone you might know.
RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-46468522585793444922013-04-19T12:19:00.002-05:002013-04-19T12:19:35.377-05:00Due to our new social climate....I know that the media is all abuzz with the latest tragedy and I am heartsick over it. Not sure why we all cannot just get along. Alas we cannot and chances are now that any one of us could end up in the middle of some problem or another where you need to help or at least take care of whomever you are with. I found a couple of sites that can teach you methods of responding to injuries
If you can’t get in-person training classes which is always the best way and costs money, check out the online TCCC References and the Combat Lifesaver Home Study Course. Both are free although the second on is a pdf you can access on flash drive if needed.
I hope as usual that you find this useful and I am grateful for you reading my blog which I don't post to quite often enough. I pray for you safety always. RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-69325182005612963802013-02-06T15:16:00.001-05:002013-02-06T15:20:12.955-05:00Do you have unused, unneeded or expired medications you don't know what to do with?If you have medications that are laying around and for whatever reason you need to get rid of them, please do NOT flush them down the toilet or toss in with trash. Both ways get them into our environment and does no one any good. You have other options.
Wherever you bought those medications may have a take in method where if you turn them in to them, they will dispose of them properly. If they don't try CVS, Rite Aid or WalMart even.
The local police will probably help you out especially if they are narcotic type of medicines. They have ways to dispose of them safely too.
In the event even the police is no help then try this link and check out how they might help you.
fda.gov/forconsumers/consumerupdates/ucm101653.htm
So I hope this fits a need in you or a friends life. Taking care of important things sometimes is what you need information for.

This site is one that will handle your mail and packages too.
It is called Americas Mailbox,
514 Americas Way, Box Elder, South Dakota 57719-7600 USA
1-866-747-3700
http://www.americas-mailbox.com/
Reading through the testamonials it seems like this company goes out of its way to give you customer service. Hard to find now a days I think.
I hope this helps one that is delving into the possibility of living on the road.

Chances are you have wondered where you could link up with the web. I found a site that lists every state and the spots where you can find free wifi access. http://www.wififreespot.com/index.html
So whether you are a traveler and stop at certain places and wonder if you could catch up on some emails or just a vacationer. This site will arm you with the information you need to get online.
Thanks for reading my blog. Still hoping to be of service for interesting things that could add to our lives.
I found one more link that could be of help finding those hotspots. Wifi even for phones I guess since I don't own one is something many could possibly use.
http://v4.jiwire.com/search-hotspot-locations.htm
Addendum: I found a useful link for those of you with Apple and maybe some other devices it is google play and the following link will help you to locate and even add some hotspots as you traverse your locations. Jiwire is what is used. RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-24642831570692862122012-02-29T20:14:00.001-05:002012-02-29T20:15:41.749-05:00Something for you to considerEveryone I think knows times are hard, even rich folk have to know something is up. I have found a nice kid that is trying to help folks more than rich folks do. I have the link to his youtube site, you can watch his videos and see for yourself the kind hearted, motivated, caring and hopeful kid that is needed a little help. Perhaps you are one that could help him, if not tell someone else or share the link in other places. I share this since he is interesting and you might indeed wish to hear of someone that is good hearted in this very difficult world. We can do and be the change that this world needs.

Here he is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08ds3i9uTJc&feature=shareRebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-37441574364545409362011-10-03T17:22:00.006-05:002011-10-03T17:31:26.449-05:00Something a little differentAs you all know, I normally put a link to something that will improve your life or that of a loved one. This time I am seeking to be of service to someone I have come to love on the net. This fine lady has done some free cooking videos/shows, paid ones too. Her current videos which are awesome is at Back to Basics Cooking class

I easily made time in my busy schedule online to view her videos and even learned a thing or two. Well, she has moved to France and her hubby had a job in a local auto garage. They have been great additions to their neighborhood there in France and even shared great motivating travel pics of the spots they frequented. He happens to be an artist and has a site where if you would be so kind to check out, there is some for sale and would help them out since the government there has not allowed for their continued participation in the lcoal economy. We all know it takes money to live thus the plea to share the link as well so that any with any disposable income or just collects artwork will have the opportunity to add to their collection and help a find couple and artist in the meantime. Andre Beaulieu Studio

Back to Shelly, she has a main site where you can find some great information One Roast Vegetable I have enjoyed very much my association online with this entertaining and informative lady that has a good following and full of life and cooking ability.

Check out the links I have provided. I am sure you know of others that you could share them with as well. Networking is a grand thing, the net world is fully capable of keeping us helping one another. I checked out Anre's site and see that he has sold a couple of paintings, maybe he will do requests, awesome to see the net work.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-21334393461720598262011-08-16T08:46:00.000-05:002011-08-16T08:46:02.753-05:00Maybe you wish to donate AND get a deduction!?It has been a long time and I found the opportunity on a recent trip I took. Saw a billboard or road side advertising board and I thought it was perfect to share with you. If you have a boat or even a car you can check out this site http://www.boatangel.org/
I often find things that help those of us that are having a tough time on the lower end of the pay scale, however, this is one of those things that can benefit upper and lower ends of that pay scale. Better than having your beloved boat or car just sitting and deteriorating, you can donate it and get a tax write off. It will help even more by making that money you spent go really far. That is what I like about associations like this. If you don't have a boat I bet you know someone that might. RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-72578155134412674812011-01-29T10:59:00.005-05:002011-02-01T09:27:08.458-05:00Something that may be of some help for a loved one! This is a great service! If you know of anyone who would qualify and benefit
from this service, please pass this on.

If you know any woman currently undergoing chemotherapy, please pass the
word to her that there is a cleaning service that provides FREE
housecleaning - once per month for 4 months while she is in treatment. All
she has to do is sign up and have her doctor fax a note confirming the
treatment. Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service
in her zip code area arrange for the service. This organization serves the
entire USA and currently has 547 partners to help these women. It's our job
to pass the word and let them know that there are people out there that
care. Be a blessing to someone and pass this information along.

http://www.cleaningforareason.org <http://www.cleaning forareason. org/>RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-67032346253980780072010-09-10T09:02:00.004-05:002010-09-10T09:08:14.217-05:00Need help with eyeglasses? or?Hi everyone, once again I have something that could be value to alot of us. Since I have not been working I have been able to update my eyewear and this could really help.

http://www.aoa.org/

Got to this site and scroll down toward the bottom and click on Vision USA and there if you are low income or unemployed etc. you could get some help with your vision correction. You fill out a form and in about a month you should receive a voucher to see a participating eye doctor.

Is such a good thing to be able to find things like this and get it out onto the web where my friends and other subscribers can find it and spread it to their loved ones. I often do things online for my girlfriend that does not have a computer and this might be another one of those things.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-39314036764064316582010-08-11T09:14:00.002-05:002010-08-11T09:18:41.152-05:00Diabetic, need help with test strips etc?I have found a site that might help you out if you need test strips to test your sugars. A chart that can be printed and carried with you while shopping and then you have an idea of which products are potentially harmful I have known for a long time that if you cannot pronounce a substance then it is probably man made and no longer good for healthy functioning of our bodies. I believe that this lack of caring of what we put into our bodies has lent itself to the obesity problems and declining health of our nation. So on to the link. I hope it is helpful and if you do not care, then I hope what you intake never harms you.

http://www.nongmoshoppingguide.com/documentFiles/209.pdf

Knowledge is a key in our lives and one I wish more folks knew about. Sometimes we need a bit of help and there is no shame in that.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-90532188004040435012010-01-05T09:51:00.002-05:002010-01-05T09:56:40.244-05:00For those that have a hard time hearing on the phone.I have found a free and non downloading application that could help a loved one or even you and in time myself to know what people are saying on the phone.

http://www.sprintrelay.com/sprint_webcaptel/index.php

Whoever chooses to use this will need their cards since they have a 10 digit number to dial in when calling the user of this application. Sort of like a calling card I think. More and more of us are getting older and loss of hearing is something we will probably have to deal with on some level. Especially those with LOUD cars, those the use the earbuds or other musical listening device too loudly. Teaching my son and daughter to use sign language, I had a deaf friend once, and know that they will need that skill to help others in the future.

So check it out and share with those that could use this. I know I will keep it handy and hope others like it spring up and fill all our needs in the future.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-5333063786054579122009-12-07T08:55:00.002-05:002009-12-07T08:59:45.676-05:00Holiday cheer, do you need some?Hi everyone, I thought this time I would bring you something that was light and hopefully just lifts you for a bit. This time of year can be stressful in good and bad ways, depending on your history. So here is a link from one thing I do amid ALL the things I do online. Enjoy it and leave a comment if you wish. I do wish everyone Merry Christmas, Happy Hannaka, Happy Kwanzaa or whatever it is you choose to celebrate.

http://jfsdaily.com/?p=1179RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-37461038261082024682009-11-22T15:35:00.004-05:002009-11-22T15:49:16.123-05:00For a good cause, are you ready!Kraft First Taste is an email I get regularly and normally I am collecting recipes to feed the 5 of us. They are a good site to keep looking at and here is a paragraph from an email they sent me. I think it is such a good idea and we all have a good handful of people we could send some e-cards too.

Here it is:

First Taste members have early access to the Recipe for Joy program, so you can be among the first to experience the joy of giving and spread the word about it. Copy and paste this URL into your browser: http://email.kraftfoods.com/cgi-bin2/DM/y/eBLgU0QARSA0brI0EGXe0EV and send a FREE holiday e-card today and every day through December 31, 2009!

Today and every day through December 31, 2009!

For more information about Feeding America, copy and paste this URL into your browser: http://email.kraftfoods.com/cgi-bin2/DM/y/eBLgU0QARSA0brI0EGWG0Ey

*Meals are used for illustrative purposes only. Kraft Foods has set a goal of donating the monetary equivalent of 10 meals for each e-card sent, up to a cap of one million meals. Feeding America's meal conversion is effective until 6/30/10.

So there it is, I hope you can do this and help many that may be needing the help. Seems like a good idea though I think our methods of food distribution could be better. Happy Holidays everyone!RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-89221832889900124232009-11-18T11:16:00.002-05:002009-11-18T11:19:44.229-05:00Are you still able to go to college?I have a found a site that might help you out during this downturn in the economy. I might be using it since I may qualify for the "moms going back to school" money that Obama set aside ??!!

http://www.chegg.com/

You can rent your textbooks and it could save you many dollars. Check it out and see if it fits your pocketbook. I will definitely consider it when and if I get to return to school and need some textbooks.

I hope any that desire can attend college and get that degree that could open doors for you to earn your way in the world.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-2706536554381752662009-11-04T06:58:00.003-05:002009-11-04T07:04:38.393-05:00Do you have a loved one on Chemo?I have found another site of interest I think. If you have someone one chemo for cancer treatment, this site has connections to arrange for house cleaning and maid service. It is a foundation so it is trustworthy and very noble. All that is needed is a fax from the doctor to this foundation for your friend, family member or co worker to get the service for free. Check it out and pass it along to all those that may have need of it.

http://www.cleaningforareason.org/

There are several tabs to check out the doings of this organization, I like the page where they tell you who is handling all the management details. I hope this helps since a clean and tidy environment can lend itself to healing.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-53366557176793204472009-11-01T18:39:00.002-05:002009-11-01T18:43:42.215-05:00Food for those that need it!I have found a video you can go and view and for each view money is given so that Kraft and its partners can provide food to those that really need it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6rpkyWck3A

I have been fortunate to have been on the receiving end of food donations since I lost my job and the fire we had a few years ago. The food given is of good quality and much appreciated since it allows us to have food we like longer during the month. Tough to eat when it is not what you are used to though when hungry you eat to keep the growlies away for sure. I hope none of you are in this situation but if you are help is out there. View the video and as they say share it with family, friends and coworkers. Share my blog for a quick link to get to it or save it yourself to go and view it often to help them along.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-50341177542674508532009-10-27T08:44:00.003-05:002009-10-27T08:50:41.795-05:00Prescriptions that you need help with!?I have found a site which just started out as a link in a group I belong to. I clicked on it and found a site that could be a big help if you have prescriptions to fill and are like many folks "out of work".

http://www.needymeds.org/

I urge to to take a look and pass along a link yourself to loved ones and friends. There is a link if you are a first time user of the site, additional programs you might not know about, a link to a prescription card that I myself have. I don't do alot of medicine just good to know if I have to, I do have a card to help me with the cost.

Feel free to comment back if you have found it useful for yourself or anyone you know. I like to hear of good that can happen in this sometimes impersonal or just plain hard life.RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-323520883518816482.post-4482212164621383812009-09-11T08:13:00.006-05:002009-09-11T18:18:01.834-05:00Free can be good!Hello readers, I have been getting free good things from a site and thought it about time that I shared it with you all. I have gotten granola bars, a couple of books, perfume samples, stickers, bumper sticker, address labels and could have gotten more if I had had the interest in acquiring them.
http://www.shop4freebies.com/

Free Sample

I hope you check them out. I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to be using this site. They will email you daily with the latest list of goodies. In my busy day that is very helpful to click and open the page to check out what is available for that day. Good luck in all you do!RebeccaHhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16648601121713904969noreply@blogger.com0
